Tanglewood Ballroom East and West

The Ballroom offers a stunning 6,175 square feet of versatile event space with dramatic 20-foot ceilings. This expansive venue is perfect for grand weddings, large conferences, and elegant galas, providing a spacious and impressive setting that can be customized to fit your event needs.

The Venue

Nestled in the scenic countryside of Pottsboro, Texas, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Lake Texoma, The Venue at Tanglewood offers a charming and flexible space for weddings, receptions, and special events. This stand-alone venue is located on the grounds of Tanglewood Resort, giving guests seamless access to comfortable accommodation, on-site dining, resort bars, and premier golf facilities.

Tanglewood Ballroom

The Tanglewood Ballroom is located on the main level of the hotel and conference center. This banquet space contains 4,087 square feet and is able to accommodate over 300 people for your planned meeting.

Breakout Rooms

We offer three incredible breakout rooms entitled the Texas, Oklahoma and Board Room. Each offer a spacious 468 square feet of meeting space.

Tower Whiskey Bar

The historic Tower Whiskey Bar provides a panoramic view of the beautiful Lake Texoma. Able to host up to 50 guests it is the perfect location for a cocktail party or intimate event.

Lakeside Lounge

This stunning space offers 744 sq ft of charm and elegance, complete with beautiful stained glass windows and a fully equipped bar. Whether you are hosting a small gathering or a larger event, Lakeside Lounge can comfortably accommodate 50-60 guests.

Tanglewood Ballroom West

The Tanglewood Ballroom West is located behind our Tanglewood Ballroom and has a spectacular view of the beautiful Lake Texoma. While your guests enjoy the view, they will also be able to utilize 2,077 square foot space that can accommodate up to 160 people.

Clubhouse

Set upstairs with breathtaking views of the driving range and Hole 1, this spacious venue can accommodate up to 60 guests. Whether you're hosting a corporate gathering, a birthday celebration, or a special event, the Clubhouse offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience.
