Ring in the New Year, with an Enchanting Night at Tanglewood

Have a Fabulous Dinner, Dance the night away with DJ Chris Weatherspoon, then wrap the night up with a Midnight Snack 

Buffet Dinner Available as doors open at 7pm. Dinner consists of:

Caprese Salad (heirloom tomatoes, slice mozzarella cheese, basil chiffonade)
Arugula Strawberry Salad (baby arugula, slice strawberries, toasted sliced almonds)
Smoked Beef Tenderloin Medallions (beef tenderloin drizzled with red wine demi glaze)
Pan Sear Chicken (6oz chicken breast with lemon lime orange zest butter sauce)
Roasted Tricolor Carrots (baby tricolor carrots, thyme, parsley, rosemary and butter)
Blister Peruvian Potatoes (baby red potatoes tossed in garlic and parsley butter)
Charcuterie Graze table (assorted imported cheeses, cured meats, fruits and crackers) 
Dinner Rolls and Butter 
Assorted Desserts
