Designed by golf icon Arnold Palmer alongside renowned architect Ralph Plummer, Tanglewood's 18-hole championship course has challenged and delighted golfers since 1973. Stretching 7,000 yards through the gently rolling terrain of North Texas, the layout rewards strategic thinking as much as raw power.

Water comes into play on seven memorable holes, while lush Bermuda fairways frame every tee shot. Tanglewood made history as the first regulation golf course in the United States to install Diamond Zoysia on its greens — an eco-friendly hybrid developed with Texas A&M that thrives in Texas heat and delivers exceptional putting conditions year-round.

In 1971, while still winning on the PGA Tour, Arnold Palmer founded the Arnold Palmer Design Company. Over four decades, his name has graced more than 300 courses across 37 states, 25 countries, and five continents.
